I am rejecting this response because: The cashier misled me. I specifically asked, If can return the product if I am not satisfied with the performance of the product. The cashier's response was "yes you can". He never mentioned about no return and no refund policy. He also never mentioned  that  I have to contact the manufacturer if I am not satisfied with product.It is incorrect that I was rude. I was simply trying to convince the merchant to take the product back because of its poor performance.  Regards.

Please find attached signs posted in the stor for  no return or exchange. Also the customer was told by cashier that the product comes with manufacturers warranty for one year. Any issues for return exchange or technical problems should be addressed with the manufacturer. To help the...

customer we would have gladly considered to talk to the manufacturer our distributor. But when the box is open there is not much we can do except to direct customer to talk to distributor. So for this issue the first thing customer should do is to contact manufacturer and the toll free number is printed on the box which customer was advised to do. Customer was pretty rude and was yelling and screaming in the store at the time he came to return the product. According to his actions and language it seemed that he didn't want to take that extra step which is manufacturer's recommendation to contact  them first to resolve any issue consumer has. At our establishment we take pride in our work and customer service. If we are at fault we gladly accept our mistakes with apology and take one extra step to have customer leave our store satisfied. In this case we at Indian Grocery And Chaat don't think of any wrong doing or miss leading to the customer.
