Indian Hill Winter Club Members are always sent an account statement for their review via email before any ACH settlement. Newer members, like the *** are also sent statements via post office to ensure they understand the process.
Once *** *** received the
February statement, which included a dues deposit for the 2014-season, there was no resignation from the Club until just recently.
While there is a no refund policy on the dues deposit, the Membership Committee has been notified of the request for refund. Resolution should take place the week of June 9th

We did receive paper statements, both 2-weeks after funds were withdrawn from ACH accountAfter that we only received email statements intermittently, again, AFTER the ACH transaction withdrawing funds without our prior reviewThe transaction with the (undisclosed non-refundable) deposit we did not receive a statement to review/approve eitherWe did get a copy of it via mail after a request a month later for the excessive withdrawalit made no mention of anything being non-refundable eitherI will not consider this matter resolved until the $is refundedI have not seen any refund or communication from the club other than the mention of the 9th for resolution which has not happened

I did receive the refund from the Indian Hill Winter Club. Hopefully they will update their agreements and communications and be up front for future customers. They really need to revamp their whole payment and processing system.
