I am rejecting this response because:i contacted ijs after my package had not arrivedI was told it was my fault and nothing would be done till after they received the package backThey did not contact me on February I contacted them and was told by Anthony that nothing would be doneAs to me entering the wrong address their system did not update the address I entered the correct address because it allowed the transaction to go through on my debit cardNo contact was initiated by IJSI would like my funds back to spend with a reputable company

Indian Jewelers Supply shipped the ordered items to the customer at the address the customer input. Attached is the order entry information AS INPUT BY THE CUSTOMER. Mr*** called IJS after the item had been picked up by the USPS.The second attachment to this reply is from
USPS tracking, which indicates that on February the postal service deemed the package undeliverable and will be returning the package to Indian Jewelers Supply. Once we receive the package back, we can refund the money to Mr***. Indian Jewelers Supply does not have the ability to retrieve packages from the USPS any faster than the postal service internal process will allow When Mr*** called, we did tell him that we would refund the money when the package is returned. Indian Jewelers Supply has notified Mr*** regarding the Feb 1, USPS notification that package was deemed undeliverable by the USPS
