Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The state does not issues titles without the title of the vehicle from the previous ownerThis is an unaccetpable response the dealership should know thisThe state will not issue a title based on the bill of sale aloneAny time you purchase a vehicle you must take ALL paper work to the DMV, in the case of the dealership if they do not have the title in hand, the bill of sale is issued and the paper work later sent to the state Regards, [redacted]

I am writing to file a complaint about misleading advertising practices at the Fort Hood Motorcycle dealership I now see that they are not a Revdex.com accredited businessThis comes as no surprise to me now They have an ad on Ebay.comThey are currently listing items (motorcycles) for sale on ebay, com In their ad they advertise they have financing for everyone even for people that have bad creditThey also go on to say they can get financing for people with credit scores starting at 430!! My score is well above that score but they told me that my credit was not strong enough to carry a motorcycle

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Upon you call last month, Ft Hood Indian had to research the whereabouts of the title. All parties involved on the dealership side was under the impression the state had issued you one and sent it directly to the purchaser. This is
standard procedures. But unfortunately, this did not happen and we had to file with the state paperwork for a lost title. We are expecting the title on Monday, and this should solve the problem of the missing title.

I am writing to file a complaint about misleading advertising practices at the Fort Hood Motorcycle dealership. I now see that they are not a Revdex.com accredited business. This comes as no surprise to me now.

They have an ad on Ebay.com. They are currently listing 26 items (motorcycles) for sale on ebay, com. In their ad they advertise they have financing for everyone even for people that have bad credit. They also go on to say they can get financing for people with credit scores starting at 430!! My score is well above that score but they told me that my credit was not strong enough to carry a motorcycle.

if you deal with this company expect deceptive service. I bought a used motorcycle from them which was supposed to go through a 24 point inspection. They said they would check for loose bolts-leaks-and any defective problems and correct all problems. When I received the bike it had a bad starter clutch-a oil leak and no bill of sale or title came with bike -it took me 60 days to get a bill of sale and still have not received a title. this is a shady company avoid doing business with them- they will lie to you-and screw you out of every penny they can-so deal with them at your own risk which is very dangerous they said they would change the oil & filter-did not do complete job no filter change-excuse was had to order filter and three weeks and no filter I can get one in 4 days - lies and they have a million of tem suite yourself but I would never deal with again lousy sleazy and false advertisement

The customer traded in a bike they had refinanced, their title had incorrect miles on the title app they handed us. When trying to fix the issue the customers bank that refinanced refused to fix the title. The title has been fixed and is waiting to be turned into us from the state of Texas. We can...

not issue a check until the title is fixed and in our possession as their bike will not be worth 10000 dollars. Their issue is being solved.
