I ordered fruit from this company in Jan.prior to 1/10/for either mineolas or honeybells tangerines and charge it to my mastercard per internet in good faithThe company failed to ship the product, but charged my credit card After disputing it with my credit card company, I received a letter from my card today that stated the company had mailed the fruit on 2/1/It was never received This is wrong for me to be charged for something I didn't receiveI called the company and emailed them alsoAll I would like is a personal response to me Also the company had a copy of the receipt w/my name on it but not my signature

I ordered fruit from this company in Jan.prior to 1/10/2016 for either mineolas or honeybells tangerines and charge it to my mastercard per internet in good faith. The company failed to ship the product, but charged my credit card. After disputing it with my credit card company, I received a letter from my card today that stated the company had mailed the fruit on 2/1/2016. It was never received. This is wrong for me to be charged for something I didn't receive. I called the company and emailed them also. All I would like is a personal response to me. Also the company had a copy of the receipt w/my name on it but not my signature.
