Indian Summer Lawn Care in Denver, CO mowed my lawn at [redacted] every other Thursday On July 28, 2016, the staff at Indian Summer Lawn Care came to my house in Aurora, cut my lawn and accepted payment for two additional lawn care services (mowing) on Thursday's through August After the cut was complete, the staff came to my door and apologized, saying they "took a chunk out of my lawn" They took me outside to show me where the issue is and where the "chunk" was taken out of my lawn, located in the front yard They then informed me it would be replaced with new sod by a supervisor in the coming days A week later, the sod still was not replaced My spouse and I both called Indian Summer Lawn Care to rectify the situation When my spouse called, he spoke to a gentleman and shared the issue The gentleman informed my spouse their mowers are level and wouldn't do that, stating they wouldn't repair the issue My spouse informed him that their workers
