July 17, 2017Dear *** ***,The *** family did purchase a new *** ***, VIN # *** Model ***, from us in July of (Bill of sale attached).They brought it in for a heater problem as well as an air conditioner recall on 05/08/(RO # *** attached)On
05/25/they came to pick up the completed unit only to find some water in it(See note 5)We immediately remedied the situation and notified the ownerThey then came back and picked up their unit on 06/06/and as far as everyone knew, all was well.Unfortunately when they were getting the unit ready for a trip they noticed the stove vent and the refrigerator were not being powered up as they typically doThey called and we tried, unsuccessfully, to Solve the problem over the phoneI then asked if he could come to IVCCRV with the trailer and we would give him an appointment anytime he was available and tensions roseThis was, as recall, July or 7.On July went to his home and picked up his unit and brought it back to our shop and repaired a broken volt wire that powered up the refrigerator and stove vent (*** ***)While here we noticed that inspection for PA was about to run outI called and they got me a registration card and we inspected it while hereWe then returned it to their driveway the same day, 07/12/17, so they would not miss any camping.I feel Indian Valley did the right thing ultimatelyHowever, it did get ugly for a few days between the 6th or 7th and the 12thI believe all problems were solvedAs far as his desired settlement, RVs, boats, autos, motorcycles, etcare depreciating assetsThe unit has a beautiful, well designed floor plan and we welcome it into IVCC for future service needs or to trade for another unit anytime.ThanksClaire KPressident
