Indian Valley Podiatry Associates

Indian Valley Podiatry saw my daughter for a foot issue. We had an appointment and paid in full. They gave her inserts that made her feet hurt. I called to make another appointment because they were not helping. When we arrived at the office, the doctor stated my daughter did not need another appointment, and that she needed to switch inserts. She also stated we will not be charged for any visit. We paid for new inserts and left. We then received a phone call stating we had a balance on our account. I spoke with the billing department and explained that we did not see the doctor. I asked them to check with the doctor to confirm. They were less than professional and treated me like a criminal, even though I had seen the podiatrist several times and paid in full at each visit. The customer service said they would look into it. when I asked for a call back for clarification, the manager stated she would not do that. Again, less than professional, the manager stated she would just send me another bill.
