Indiana All Star Driving School Reviews (1)

This letter is in response to a complaint placed on Indiana All-Star Driving School, Inc. ID: [redacted] This complaint was made by Mr. [redacted] ***. 31.25pt 0.25in 0.0001pt 0in;">Mr. [redacted] s daughter is enrolled in our driver education program. At this time, she has completed approximately 26 of the total 36 hours required and has actually missed one of her scheduled drives. On the date in question his daughter had a drive at our Noblesville location, after office hours, at around 4:00pm. We had two drivers working at this time. One driver (the one scheduled to complete her drive) was completing a drive that began at 3:00pm (drives are approximately one hour in duration), while the other instructor had completed his 3:00pm drive and had his 4:00pm student in the car ready to begin the next drive. (Note: The drive hours may be off by an hour or two being later, but I believe these hours are correct). Mr. [redacted] s daughter's driver while completing the 3:00pm drive got stuck behind a funeral procession, an event completely out of his control, and made the 3:00pm drive go 20 minutes over, thus pushing the next drive (Mr. [redacted] s drive back 20 minutes). The instructor who needed to begin his 4:00 drive assured the girl that instructor would be back shortly, and instead of requiring the girl to wait outside as he locked the office, allowed her to sit in the office and wait for her instructor to return. Our office contains no dangerous materials, devices, or equipment. It was 4 o'clock in the afternoon in a highly visible retail strip mall and the student assured the instructor she was completely comfortable waiting for her instructor. The instructor did absolutely the correct thing allowing the student to wait inside our office as it was in the student's best interest. Before Mr. [redacted] s daughter's instructor returned from the drive another instructor showed up early for his shift, contacted me and asked if he should go ahead and complete the drive. l gave him the go ahead and the drive was completed without incident. Following this situation Mr. [redacted] contacted me, and while explaining the unusual situation, he used profane language, shouted, screamed, and hung up the phone. His wife, on the next day, then showed up while class was being held and made another scene in our office. Even after these two inappropriate incidents we still reassured Mr. [redacted] we were more than happy to complete the services in which they registered, and they could make up the 2 missed classes and schedule the remaining 4 drives. They said they weren't interested and wanted a refund. I explained to them they signed our terms and conditions which clearly state our "No Refund Policy", and that her daughter had already completed 70% of the services required. He wrote more vulgarity and we did not hear anything more. We are still willing to complete the services originally requested. Let us know if we can be of any further assistance. Thanks. S. Kyle M [redacted] President Indiana All-Star Driving School, Inc.
