Review: Lawn mower was left with this business on July 9 for repair, gas line was fouled. We were told they would call us in about a week to pick up this mower. We heard nothing.We called starting July 24 , 25, 25 twice a day with no answer after many rings. On the 27 we stopped in to find they were not open despite the sign on the door noting they were. I visited this business on Monday the 29 and was told it would be ready on Wednesday afternoon, Thursday morning the latest. We went over Wednesday ( July 31) to pick up the mower . They had a handwritten" family emergency" sign on the door and were not open. They were not open Thursday( August 1) or Friday ( August 2). No phone calls have been returned and no answering machine is in use.Desired Settlement: I expect the mower to be fixed ASAP. I will pay for parts and nothing else. I have waited too long and been ignored as a customer.
