We are writing in regards to [redacted]’s complaint. His complaint has been completely resolved as we advised him when he returned the product that he ordered incorrectly.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  However, the business is being deceitful and misleading in it's characterization of the nature of the claim.  Their response paints a picture of the issue being squarely on the shoulders of the customer.  However, they neglect to address the fact they attempted to assess a restocking charge after the order was placed.  This policy was never communicated prior to the order being placed.  In addition, they neglect to address their failure to adequately communicate with the special order manufacturer when trying to secure the refund in a timely fashion.  I waited over 2 months for a refund after returning the uncontested goods to them and that time frame is unreasonable.  After waiting for the Lorton store to resolve the issue, I was forced to contact someone at corporate and it was resolved immediately, within 24 hours.I am thankful the drama is over and my money has been returned to me.  This is all I wanted initially, but I didn't expect it to take so long.

Review: I purchased kitchen cabinets from this vendor. I returned the unused cabinets back to the vendor over 2 months ago and still haven't received the refund associated with my purchases. In addition, the vendor is trying to hold me accountable for a restocking fee that was never disclosed before I purchased the cabinets.

Not only is it unreasonable to expect a customer to wait over 2 months to receive a refund on uncontested returns, it is also unreasonable and shady to implement/disclose a return policy post purchase.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my monies refunded immediately.
