has he returned the same to the companyOwner further states: “The components of this kit are designed to breakaway for proper placement of the drain, they are held with three 1/4" tabs of Styrofoam and often separate during shippingMr*** lack of knowledge about the item he order would have been cleared up if he would have read the instructions the manufacture sends with the kit.”The owner further states that due to the failure of the consumer to pay or return items he has engaged legal counsel and will take necessary legal action against the customer to obtain payment
