Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] Her response is completely regarding me being inhappy with unemployment, and her claiming that I said I I dropped my phoneI did not drop my phone what so everMy phone showed no signs of cracks or liquid damage
To Whom It May Concern,This customer had his phone repaired several months ago. He came back a couple weeks later and we fixed the screen for free because it was under warranty. The screen had lifted so we glued it again for him. During this time, [redacted] had asked for an interview to work at Indiana...
Phones. I had him send me his resume however informed him that we are not hiring at the moment. He asked again about an open position and I told him an opportunity won't open until mid 2016. The third time he returned to Indiana Phones, his LCD was completely damage due to a drop. He told me that he woke up in the morning and his phone was like that and he couldn't remember how it got damaged. Physical damage or liquid damage is not covered under our warranty. If a customer breaks their phone again, we do honor a discount for repeat customers however we cannot continue to fix the phone for free every time they drop it. I feel [redacted] is upset with Indiana Phones due to us not providing him with unemployment instead of our repair and customer service.Thank you for taking the time to analyze this situation.[redacted]
