To whom this may concern, I am addressing a complaint from [redacted] about a so called Bait and switchThe bait and switch accusation is completely falseI was only out there responding to a service call that he himself requested to make a determination on rather or not the swimming pools skimmer panel was beyond repairOnce it was discovered that the panel could not be repaired [redacted] decided to have me call my boss Brad [redacted] to ask him the price of a new swimming poolI did not at any time take any measures or tell him he had a foot round swimming poolTherefore, the sale could not have been a bait and switch

“I was only out there responding to a service call that he himself requested to make a determination on rather or not the swimming pools skimmer panel was beyond repairOnce it was discovered that the panel could not be repaired.” I did not dispute this, I stated “The week of 7-18-I contacted Indiana Pools and Spas requesting a service call.”
“*** *** decided to have me call my boss Brad *** to ask him the price of a new swimming pool.” You did call Brad discuss if the pool could be repaired and took pictures with your phone to send himYou then called the Columbus store for the price it would cost to replace my poolI know this because I spoke with the person who was office manager (Kim) a few times about financing options on the phone in reference to the pool you called her aboutWhen discussing upgrades of pools on 8-23-with Brad on the phone after the smaller pool was delivered he stated “I don’t know the prices I’m just the president and owner, you will need to contact the Columbus store”How did you get the price from him?
“I did not at any time take any measures or tell him he had a foot round swimming pool.” You did measure the depth from the outside of the pool as I stated saying it was 48inches and found out later it was 52inches from the installer“foot round swimming pool” We are discussing an foot or foot poolI am unclear why you stated foot…I did not see you measure the diameter, I trusted you are the pool professional and knew what you were talking about
Please just answer this question, when I asked you how much it would cost to replace my pool as stated in my original submission, did you call the store and give them incorrect dimensions therefore resulting in you relaying and incorrect cost to replace my pool?
I just want the right thing doneNo work has been completed and I am willing to pay for service cost visits as statedWhy can’t my money be returned?

skimmer panel was beyond repair. Once it was discovered that the panel could not be repaired. [redacted] decided to have me call my boss Brad [redacted] to ask him the price of a new swimming pool. I did not at any time take any measures or tell him he had a 19 foot round swimming pool. Therefore, the sale could not have been a bait and switch.
