27/27/14:2E 858EACTION SEJER E=??jE- Ø1Dear MsPrescott, I received a letter from you concerning a complaint against my company so im writing you back explaining my sideMs*** called me to do a sewer line inspection at her house at *** *** *** *** *** **, because
she was selling her house and the potential buyer wanted it done to make sure the sewer line wouldn't give him any problems later onI went to her house on 7/18/and camered the line, there were several spots in the line so I brought it to the attention of her sister, and she video taped it on her phone which was poor quality, I admitBut I explained it to herThe first spot was about feet from the clean out stackThe other spot, #was out farther where the clay pipe was separated enough I could not get my camera head past, I charged her $150,which we agreed on, I left the receipt explaining the two spots.Ms*** called me later on that day telling me to write something up saying, "Cantyou just write something that says there's nothing wrong with the sewer?" I told her, "No, I cant do thatThat is dishonest, and I'm not going to do it." On 7/22/she called me and said she wants her money back because she had another company come out and camera the lineAnd she said he told her absolutely nothing was wrongI called the company and talked to the service man who did the job, he said, "The water was flowing fine.” I asked him did he see anything wrong with the line? At first he said noAfter we talked for a while I asked him, would he like it if his daughter bought the house and found out there was problems with the sewer and wasn't told? He then said, "Well it wouldn't be a deal breaker, I don't have any pokers in the fire, so it don't matter to me.” I told him I was the one out there first and then he started admitting there was some issues with the lineWhen I told him she wanted me to write something up saying there was nothing wrong with the line, he said she wanted him to do the saneThat's why Ms*** told Ine he wrote up saying that the water was draining fineThat's why Ms*** thinks there is nothing wrong with the line because nothing is backing up right now and he did not mention any problems with the line in his report I talked to her realtor and we both agreed that she should get a third opinionThen on 7/25/the home inspector called me and said the potential buyer had a third party, *** ***, inspect the line and saidyes there is several issues with the line and they painted on the ground where the problems were and they have a video showing the problemsSo I feel that I did what was right and honestShe threatened to get lawyers involved and call Revdex.com if I didn't tell the realtor that everything is okay and nothing was wrong with the lineI told her I would come back free of charge with the realtor and buyer and camera the line so they could see what I was talking aboutShe told me no I don't believe youSo bottorn line is she wants to sell her house to someone and not tell them there is a problem with the sewer.Jay Holland,Action Sewer service Call anytime, (859)-750-

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

*** *** Indiana quality send over someone but only part of my concerns were resolved.the double gate has been trimmed but the hardware on both gates are not functional, the manager has knowledge of this issue but choose to ignore it.the person that has been sent to my property said he will comeback with a solution to make those locks functional but also told me the company shouldn't have installed those kind of hardware on my fences gates and the way those hardware has been installed he cannot take them down so he has to find a way to make them functionalIm still waiting on them to come finish the repairsIndiana quality is not being truthful here because the issue is not only the wood,I do not trust them right know because I've been dealing with that issue for over a year without result
Good afternoon,After several attempts to resolve this customers issues with the gate, we contacted the manufacture of the hardware. The manufacture informed us that there had been a recall on the very same product we had purchased and we were not aware of it, we were able to get the updated product and resolve the clients issues. They are now happy with the fence.
To whom it may concern,I am responding to the complaint on a fence that was installed by Indiana Quality 4/2014.The complaint is referring to the gate. Due to the natural product whose strength is derived from the grain of the wood, when used in application where stress created runs counter to...
this grain, the natural process that takes place can result in the wood warping. As good customer service, we will address this issue with the customer and resolve their issue. If you have any questions, pleas feel free to call me.Thank youNita K[redacted]
This customer contracted [redacted] Home Improvement to install a roof. We (Indiana Quality) are a preferred installer for [redacted]. The job was assigned to us. We called to schedule the job with this client, and notified [redacted] of the install date so that they could deliver the material to the customer. On...
the day we were scheduled, our roofing team went out to do the labor. The client came out of the house and insisted we "get off of her roof" stating she did not know we were going to be there. It is our company policy to notify ALL clients of the date in which we will be there to do the job . As per the contract we inspect the OSB board and replace as needed. This job required 2 sheets. We also provided extra labor that was NOT on the contract by replacing some rafter material nor were we paid for this extra work, but provided this as good customer service. This was on the flat part of the roof. If I an be of further assistance, please let me know. Thank youNita K[redacted] 317-247-9050
