I had been signed up & taking classes at this school when Covid 19 happened. Of course classes were canceled. I had signed up for a following class but wasn’t able to go as schedules have changed because of current pandemic situation is changing business needs. I emailed the contact at school on July 12th and received a response July 14th asking me to complete an online form asking for a refund. It stated I would receive a response in a week. I have received emails saying I’ve missed classes which indicated I wasn’t withdrawn. I sent another email asking for a refund and I had withdrawn. This has gone back and forth and I was finally withdrawn but was advised I was only getting a refund of 2 payments of $160 because I made those on my bank card and the rest were made in cash. I have an emailed receipt showing I have paid $800 and when the pandemic first started I have emails from the school confirming that amount. I was advised today it would be at least another 2 weeks before I get the partial refund and corporate would have to look into the rest. This is unacceptable as I am sure my account shows what I paid because the receipts are computer generated. I want a full refund
The refund was issued in accordance with the customer request. There is no need for a complaint as the money due to be refunded has already been processed. If the customer has additional questions regarding the status of her refund, she should contact her financial institution, as any delay would be on their end at this point

[I was told by the coordinator at the school that she has to submit "my concern" about the additional funds above the 2 payments of $160. Therefore, I was not told I would be getting a refund of the remainder. Communication seems to be an issue when dealing with ISP. As of today, 8/19/20 and over a month since I withdrew, I have still not received the check payment they state is forthcoming. I am still looking for a payment of $480.
