The problem I had with Office of the Controller is the hidden fees they'll put onto your accountI had a balance of the correct amount I owed this yearI was expecting a bigger refund since I took out a loanBut I didn't recieve a big refund as I expectedI called their office to see whySomeone in the controllers office said it was for the fees I had on my account from previous years but they weren't showing on my account at that timeWhich is bafflingBecause it should've showed on my account all my fees at once instead of taking money out throughout years
