Indiana transport

Good afternoon, On behalf of Indiana Transport I would like to dispute complaint ID *** made by *** ***We transported a golf cart to himHe made damage claims that cannot be supported as to damages that the transporter can be held liable forHis three damages he's citing are as
follow: 1)a battery underneath the hood of the golf cart turned over during transport causing damage to the paint due to the batter addAs a transporter we are not held liable for what is inside vehicles nor what's underneath the hoodIt is not the responsibility of the driver to open the hood and check to see if everything underneath is properly in place 2) a crack on the windshield of the golf cart we have a bill of lading signed from the delivery and nothing is stating any damage whatsoever dealing with the wind shield3) the straps the driver used to secure the golf cart damaged the arm rests we Agreed to pay for the'clarriage of the arm rests of but that was not accepted by Michael ArdoinThank you, Brock *** Indiana Transport
