Florence Toyota does not stand by their workHad a new tire replaced already on my new Toyota Rav 4...after months driving down the road it all of a sudden deflatedMechanic came and said it was dry rottedSo took it in and Saw Robert in serviceHe said one mechanic they have agrees but one says it was slashed which makes no sense because I was driving itIts obvious looking at it that is dry rotWhen management got involved he said I ran over something....third story nowI left and went to Myrtle Beach Toyota and got it fixedTerrible business and service needs trainingIts not always about the money which is a shame

"letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> are being submitted in response to the attached complaint received from your office submitted by [redacted][redacted] ("Ms[redacted]"), ID [redacted]Upon investigation, I have determined that the University followed its standard policies and procedures to appropriately classify Ms[redacted] as a nonresident for tuition purposesIndiana University is a governmental entity organized and operating under the laws of the state of Indiana (see Indiana Code 21-20-1-et seq.)As such, it is a type of governmental agency that is not engaged in business or consumer transactions which the Revdex.com complaint process was created to address according to the Bureau's own website (see https:Uwww.Revdex.com.om/consumer-compl aints/file-a­ complaint/get-started)Without acknowledging that the Revdex.com has any authority over this decision, in the spirit of cooperation, we provide the following as the University's response to the aforementioned complaintPlease note that Ms[redacted] has provided her FERPA Release which is also attached heretoSummary of Complaint Ms[redacted] asserts that she should have been classified as a resident of Indiana for tuition purposes for courses she took at Indiana University during the summer of She alleges that she sent in her application to be considered a resident on May 29th, but that she did not receive communication from Indiana University regarding her classification until after summer classes had endedHer desired settlement is a billing adjustmentShe is asking Indiana University to reclassify her as resident and charge in-state tuition fees, and waive any late chargesResponse Ms[redacted] was appropriately determined to be a non-resident for tuition purposes at Indiana University under the Rules Determining Resident and Nonresident Student Status for Indiana University Fee Purposes ("Rules") {Exhibit A)Pursuant to Indiana University policy, Ms[redacted] is not eligible to pay the resident tuition rate as her permanent residence is in IllinoisMs[redacted] received two separate email communications from the Admissions office at IUPUI, May gth and May 13th,indicating that she had been classified as a non-resident (out of state tuition) (Exhibit B)The first email correspondence was sent to the incorrect email address, and Ms[redacted] asked that it be corrected (Exhibit B)The second email was sent to the correct email address and should have been received by Ms[redacted] (Exhibit B)In her complaint, Ms[redacted] claims that she submitted her application for reclassification on May 29, However, there is no record of any application for reclassification being submitted by Ms[redacted] until July 29, (Exhibit C)On August 3, 2015, the Office of the Registrar denied her request for reclassification (Exhibit C)On November 9, 2015, the IU Standing Committee on Residency (SCOR) appeal committee made a unanimous decision that she was a non-resident for fee-paying purposes based on Rule 2a of the Rules (Exhibit C)In Ms[redacted]'s case, she is in Indiana for the predominant purpose of attending the University of Indianapolis, and maintains her permanent residence with her mother in IllinoisIn her complaint, Ms[redacted] claims that she contacted the school for an update and was told that "she should be okay regarding residency status." An email from Mary Beth M[redacted], IUPUI Registrar, confirms that there is a process in place used by the frontline service representatives at the IUPUI Office of the Registrar if a student calls about their residency status {Exhibit D)The process makes clear that the frontline service representatives will not promise or imply that a student will get residency statusAt most the student is told that they must have lived in the state of Indiana for at least months without their predominant purpose being to attend school in IndianaAccording to University records, all appropriate policies and procedures were followed by IUPUI frontline service representatives in the IUPUI Office of the RegistrarConclusion The University has followed standard policy and procedure to appropriately classify Ms[redacted] as a nonresident for tuition purposesThe University made that determination consistent with past practicesAs such, the decision of the Standing Committee on Residency stands and there is no further appeal of this decisionAccordingly, this complaint should be dismissedPlease do not hesitate to contact me if we may be of further assistanceVery truly yours, Angela A[redacted] ADA/ada Enc
