The worst business I ever delt with, first they did a messy job removed the power cable by their selves and they didn't put it back I called and they star to say unfortnetly we don't do electrical but they took it out....??Second didn't do proper the cement work they are dirty I had to hire an electrician and a mason to finish the job correctly and was a lick from their lousy job NOW THE WORST THEY SUPOSE TO BE (PROFESSIONALS), BUT INSTALLED THE CELAR DOOR INCORRECTLY THEY PUT THE SPRINT UPSIDE-DOWN AND WANT TO CHARGE ME TO CORRECT THEIR CONTRACTOR ERROR BECOUSE IT HAS BEEN TO LONG I HATE THEM I FEEL THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE AND NOT NICE THE GUY SHOULD WRITE DOWN MY COMPLAIN BUT THEY ARE SLICK AND SAID WASN'T ANY NOTES OR CONPLAIN FROM ME MORE THEN A YEAR....I HATED MY SELF MORE IN EVER TRUST THEM AND I WOULD BE IN GOOD HANDS FOR A SIPLE WORK BUT COMON THE DOOR IS THERE THAT IS EMBARESSING THEY INSTALED IT UPSIDE DOWN AND PLAY GAMES THEY WANT TO CHARG ME $to correct their wrong installation stay far away from them they are the worst expensive business with zero (0) qualityNo quality contractors to the point they installed the door upsidedown unprofecional job STAY AWAY instal their products the guy came here and saw the sprint upside down and didn't correct and of course didn't document their lousy job they are desonest I have pictures [redacted] fone **SSN**

On 10/19/16, we received a Customer concern regarding their coating on their cellar doorLater that same day our Office contacted the Customer to schedule a remedyThe Customer notified us they are not available between 10/and 11/which would restrict us from coming out to him immediately
On 11/the Customer contacted us that they had returned and were availableOn 10/the Director of Operations called the Customer and advised we could schedule a date shortly and had a plan of action for is doorIt is unfortunate that the Customer used the Revdex.com as a venue to voice his warranty concern when in fact during the week of this letter we had attempted to remedy the issueOur Powder Coating Company fully backs their warranty and is a leader in the industryThe fact is the Customer turned away our crew as the Customer had a previous commitmentThis schedule problem is in part our fault for a miscommunication to the Customer prior to our arrivalFor this we sincerely apologize and have placed this issue as a top priorityAt this writing, the Director of Operations is scheduled to make a phone call to the Customer Monday11/to re-schedule the remedy where will gladly correct any coating issueCoating issues are very rareOur coating procedure far exceeds that of any door manufacturer in the countryWe look forward to a positive outcome to this shortly

The door cap foundation leaked and they came to patch it once. After awhile it leaked again and this time they never responded to my numerous calls

Upon installation the customer did indeed notice light at the bottom of the hatchway. In this instance, the Owner went out personally to inspect the job.  The Owner himself inspected the installation and approved the install. Light at the bottom of a hatchway is normal and...

required. This space creates an area for the cellar to ventilate. This was explained to the Customer. Convection takes place within the pit or foundation to expel moisture and therefore reduces the chances for metal doors to rust. Unfortunately we are unable to help this Customer with a hatchway they painted on their own. Every uncoated door has a red oxide primer which is put on by the manufacturer. As with all painting projects, proper preparation of the surface is crucial for paint to adhere. If the paint the customer applied didn’t cover the metal door 100% or wasn’t compatible and not prepared properly it is indeed possible rust might occur. We encourage Customers to paint their door upon installation to avoid this very issue.  We highly suggest the customer, prepare the door properly, use a reputable paint supplier and repaint the door as soon as possible.
