Thank you for the opportunity to respond to *** *** complaint.I spoke with *** *** on October 21, and refunded his credit balance of $while speaking with him, electronically and explained it would be three (3) to five (5) business days, depending on his banking institution.I called
*** *** today (October 26, 2015) to verify he did receive the funds back into his account and he confirmed he did.I have enclosed the receipt noting the reversal of his payment, which is an electronic refund back to his card.He began receiving statements for balances after insurance on October 24, for $Four statements were sent for this balance prior to forwarding to Collections Agency on March 20, Once *** *** received initial contact from the Collection Agency, he contacted us to set up payment plansHis balance had grown to $within the four months since date of service October 24, for additional services he received He set up the payment plan for $to automatically withdraw funds from his given debit/credit card, $per month (payments), beginning March 17, and ending on September 17, He had also paid our Collection Agency $50.00, which created the credit balance once we posted this payment on August 25, 2015.We sincerely apologize to the patient for late refund.Thank you, Janet ***Revenue Cycle Manager

service from our billing vendor.  The customer was contacted immediately upon receiving this complaint and the issue was resolved.  Our Controller placed a follow-up call to the customer a few days later to verify that the complaint was resolved and the customer was satisfied with the resolution.  We believe this complaint has been 100% resolved.
