It's an unfortunate fact of life people don't handle being told "no" well. Our business, like every other business, has to collect accounts payable and have to follow the guidelines set forth in the agreement. This agreement is in writing so there can be no misunderstanding. When requesting... cancellation many are unreasonable when told "no" find ways to justify their anger. They make unsubstantiated claims, tell outright lies and will say anything to avoid paying their debt.These claims seem to have added credibility because of the companies who try and extort business's for review monitoring. We are unable to make those who don't want to pay their debt happy. We stand by the hundreds, if not thousands of satisfied and happy students whom had no problem with their bill.
