I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
My vehicle was parked on a street with public parking. The Tow Away zone refers to the private parking area around the condos, aside from the street. The Tow Away sign is at the entrance of this private area and states that the towing is for parking in the private area. My vehicle was not parked in this private area, but on the street, in front of the sign. Please specifies the Indiana Law that allowed you to tow my car when NOT parked in a tow away area.
