The water bills that are sent each month are billing for the prior month usageThe bill in question for August was for usage from June 17, to July 15, We did not even charge the tenant for usage from July 15, to July 31, because we had not received the bill yet, but I am more than happy to add that in to the total if the tenant would likeAlso, we can provide any documentation necessary to prove this and clear up any confusion on how the water company billsKarl Road, LLC

again as we had formally discussed and as the property already knows, how are you going to bill me from June when I did not move into the property unit July 10th and that was due to the property error of not having the property ready when first agreed on which I was not called, I was sent a text message from the property management.I myslef as well have kept every single water bill that I have received since I have been a residentBefore paying anything I alway cross reference everything I was told that I did not have to pay the bill for June just due to me not being there, as a resident we were told to move out which I did in May and did not come back Intel July I feel like this issue is really uncalled for and it is not like I am not trying to pay, however I do want what is fair to me, due to I could have called said property on so many things that they promised however did not oblige as they promisedI left the property and they immediately moved someone else into the unit due to me leaving it in a good conditionI have no problem with giving them the money that I owe and I never had an issue with that

there is no way that I owe a water bill for the month of August just due to the fact I had already moved out. We had this problem last time when I moved out in June in the management company tried to charge me a water bill for June 2016 and I was not even in the unit. Now I will be happy to give them a cashiers check in the amount of 138.00. And call it even. As well as I do not want this to go on to my Fabco report. And as far as the bounced check I don't even know why that was mentioned due to the fact I did pay that in full and I have the cashiers check to prove it. I really would like to get this process over and done with. I had been a tenant there for almost 10+ years and I am really having a hard time understanding why I am having so many issues with the new management company that took over. I had never had any problems with paying the rent and making sure that the money was there. I kept my unit clean and left it clean and ready for someone else to move in. As well as anytime Whenever I received any type of correspondence from the company I always make sure to communicate.
