Review: On July 27, 2013, Sylvia Sepulveda provided the service of photographer for my daughter's Sweet 15. I have been emailing, calling, text, Facebook messaging her for delivery of the pictures she was suppose to provide as part of the contract. I have only received 8 out of 10.

In early September, I had paid Sylvia to do 2 photoshoots for my god daughter, in preparation for their Sweet 15 & Sweet 16. We are still waiting for her to deliver the pictures. Again, I've emailed, texted, called, etc and she's told me several times she's going to send it and never follows through.

She is very unprofessional!Desired Settlement: I want my money back or satisfactory delivery of edited photos.

Review: I had won a coupon for a free photo shoot worth 525.00 and (4) free 8x10 pictures to be taken by Indi Girl Photography. I won it at a cancer fundraiser in Philadelphia. I scheduled Sylvia Sepulveda to come out to my horse farm to take pictures of myself and my horse in exchange to use the coupon and she agreed. She took the pictures and sent me the proofs via email for me to pick which ones I wanted. I picked out the 4 free pictures, plus bought from her an additional 22 pictures of 5x7's and I paid 220.00 plus tax for a total of 233.20 dollars on line through [redacted] on the date of 5/17/2013. To this date I have not received my pictures that she promised I would have months ago. I have called her and left numerous messages on her phone and sent her numerous emails asking her when the pictures would be coming but she is ignoring my calls and emails. I would like either the delivery of the photo's mailed to my address as she promised or a full refund.Desired Settlement: I would like the delivery of my photo's that I paid for plus the 4 free ones that were promised, or a full refund of $233.20 via mailed to me in the form of a check.

Review: On January 2013 I purchased a [redacted] (worth $99) for a 3 hour photo package for one person. My [redacted] expired on March 9, 2013. I called Ms. Sepulveda in February and asked her about the expiration date and she told me that she would honor it whenever I used it. So, I scheduled my photo shoot for June 25, 2013 @ 8am. All went well and Ms. Sepulveda informed me that I would get a call within three weeks so that may review my proofs and pick my photos in accordance with the [redacted]. I have called and emailed on many occassions, and to date I have not heard from her. The [redacted] entitled me to: 1. Three-hour photo shoot with makeup application, hair styling and two outfit changes; subject supply their own outfits. 2. Three retouched digital images on a CD or sent via email. 3. Two 8x10 prints and 4. Online proffing gallery for odering additional prints.Desired Settlement: Either finish the job immediately or refund me my $99.00.
