Placed a DVD order 4 months ago... no DVD, no refund
Title says it all. I've tried contacting them several times through their website, Facebook and Twitter. At first, I was told my order would be shipped when it was safe to do so (and I get it, these are unusual times, I'm willing to wait). Two weeks ago I was told that instead of fulfilling the order, they'd be giving me a refund. That would be fine if I actually received a refund... I'm still waiting.
So I'm out $18.25, at a time when every little bit counts, and they've lost a customer for life.
Right now, that DVD is still available for "purchase" on their site. So who knows how many other people have sent them money and gotten absolutely nothing but stress in return.
I love independent film, but this company does not fulfill orders. Please do not give them any money.
