I am rejecting this response because: As a business it is the responsibility of that business to make sure that the customer understands the contractTo understand the contract important thing such as " No Refunds" must and should be pointed out to the customerI feel that I was taken advantage of and interrupted out of my time to throughly go over something that should have been explain during the initial processI would like the video to be pulled of that day so that you can see the many tasks the manager was doing while processing my applicationNot only was the "No refund" not pointed out but explaining the time periods of when the next payment is to be due was not explainedI moved in on 01/19/expecting my next payment to be on 02/19/2016, I can see because, I used the storage for some time that $should not be returned but, $should be returned back to me due to the manager incorrectly handling my applicationI am a customer who deserves to be treated fairly
We have enjoyed Ms. [redacted] being a customer three (3) separate occasions since 2012 and are pleased to address her concerns. Ms. [redacted] rented 1/19 and vacated 2/2. Her February rent was due on February 1st. She vacated February 2nd. Her February promotional rent charge was $1.00 or...
approximately 3 cents per day. She has rented several times from Storage PRO of Stockton. Similar to the other past rentals, she signed a rental agreement which states in extremely large font states: "No Rent Refund". The terms of the rental agreement have not changed. Thank you.
