I have reviewed the offer and response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Until today Beverly is still not clear that the agreement we signed is room design not just some concepts. In one hand, the full design was stated clearly in the agreement. In the other hand, the job she provided was too simple to even reach the concept standard. Beverly had no knowledge about to be a designer she need to interactive with customer during the time of designing. Amount the two weeks design time the email we received from Beverly were few words and some unexpected vacation auto email replied in business hours. Following those emails was a week of silence. We paid $1,500 and what she gave us were two files and two links.
The two files contain about 20-30 pictures in a roll, and one page is stacking all the pictures together. It did not give any other information except prices.
The two links forward to the roomle.com, and showed the floor plans online. Both link showed 20’x20’ gym size room instead of regular bedroom. The floor plans can be shown in 3D and it exposed more issues: Emptiness, colorless, without details, and no sign of someone pay any attention on that. When we raised the question of the floor plan mistakes as well the reason why their internal approved project still remained roughed and unfinished, Beverly kept silent. Even we fired her and request refund, she refused reply until Revdex.com contacted her. Beverly H[redacted] showed unprofessional, no ability, and no capability to handle such design business, therefore we ask full refund of $1,579.50.

Before we arrive to the client’s home, we spoke on the phone and advised the client of our services and our fees.
Client is claiming we charge them for the full design on the first day, as you will clearly see the client signed the agreement, which we explained to the client in depth and asked if she had any questions before she signed the agreement. We spent three hours in the clients home completing a Full-Home consultation.
In our email we explained to client. That the design concept was sent over, to make any revisions, so we can continue with the design process. Each time client emailed us we respond, as you will see in our emails attached.
We offer to assist client by making any changes to the design concept board. Client understood that once the design concept was started there were no refund. It states that is our agreement, Terms of Condition, and our Purchase Agreement due to Copyright laws of our designs.

We value our clients and offered to assist them with making revisions to the design at no extra cost. We also designed a third room for the clients at No extra cost to them. To show our appreciation.
Client only paid for a Design Concepts, not a Full Interior Design with furniture and renderings that valued at $5000.00 per room.

Review: Indigo Concept charged in full when signed contract 1st day, and sent us a work which is not for our house. We try to contact them to resolve the issue but they did't response. It was 90 days passed and we still not receive the work what we should have.
