According to our records, customer ordered our product the Shred FX Testosterone and the Shred FX Nitric Oxide on a 14-day trial basis back on 10/28/and paid the shipping and handling fees of $and $4.99, respectivelyThe trial expired on 11/11/and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 10/28/$for the Shred FX Testosterone and $for the Shred FX Nitric OxideSubsequently, the autoship program took effect
