Even inexpensive jewelry can be taken in for repair because as Michael says, "if it's important to you, it's important to us" and he means it.
I'm very pleased with the service at Indigo Jewelers, after having had a terrible experience with another local jeweler who swapped a diamond of mine without my knowledge or consent with a diamond of lesser quality and then refused to admit that he had done so.
