This community is horrible. They do not like to fix anything in your apartment. When you call they come up with every excuse in the book as to why they can not come. They say they will fix non emergency repairs in your apartment in 24 hours. Then state our maintenece don't work on weekends. When the lease states differently. I would not recommend this community to anyone. I am so disgusted I am on the verge of just paying to break my lease.

I have lived in these apartments for almost a year now. When I first moved in I put in a request about my carpet by my front door. It is coming up and has nails that stick out. Also I put in a request about my front windows and the blinds. Those blinds do not open so I can not use my windows. They apartment complex said they would send someone to fix those things and still have not seen anyone come fix those. I have brought it up two or three times and still nothing. I have got a rug now to cover the carpet so we do not stab out feet with the nails. Still have not been able to use the window. At one point in time I had a fly infestation, I called the office and they said I would have to wait a week to get that taken care of. After fighting with the office manager they sent someone that day. My bathroom sink was broken, I had to use a wrench to turn the water on and off and after reporting that it took them over a week to fix that. Then my lights in my kitchen went out and the towel hold in my bathroom broke. We reported that to the office and finally two weeks later they came to fix those. The people in the office are very rude when speaking to them about issues with the apartments. They offer payment by credit card but the machine is down often and no notification is issued to let us know this. This causes unnecessary wasted time and inconvenience. We pay for a gated community and the gates never work, they are always open allowing anyone to come in to the complex. For weeks the walk through security gates have not had locks on them allowing anyone in to the complex. This is the only complex that I know of that charges $20.00 late fee for being a day late even if they are closed on Sunday they will charge you this on Monday. The whole time I have been there they have never sent out the reminder to change your air filter like every other complex does. This has been the worst living experience I have had. I really wish I would have signed a 6 month lease and not the 12 month. Nothing but a bad experience here at this complex.

To Whom it May Concern:Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention.  After reviewing the Resident File, I found that an email was sent to [redacted] on November 11th, informing her that she a credit of $93.32 towards December's rent payment.  Nowhere does it...

state that there would be no charge for December rent.  As of December 8th, our records indicate that the work order request for the refrigerator has been satisfied.  A voice mail message was left for [redacted] on December 9th, asking [redacted] to contact us to verify that she is satisfied with the repair.On December 8th, our Manager, [redacted], asked [redacted] to submit an Accommodation Form for an ADA parking space.  We will be happy to make this accommodation once we receive this completed form, which is available in our Business Office.We will work with our landscape vendor to address [redacted] concerns with the sprinklers.Please feel free to contact me with any questions or further concerns.Best Regards,[redacted]Senior Regional ManagerAllison-Shelton Real Estate Services
