Nothing but great things to say about Indigo products. I have purchased Microsoft Windows and Office products and work great and at a very fair price. Just purchased Microsoft Office 2019 and had some issues installing on a Panasonic Toughbook. Just wanted to say the the Indigo Technical Support was outstanding sorting out my problems with the installation and went the extra mile helping me set up the product on Windows 10. Great company

I Had Purchased a product from Indigo Software and was Very Pleased that the Product worked as advertised with no problems. After a year, I decided to have a new computer build completed and deleted the software off of my old computer and went to follow the instructions on my sheet I printed out the previous year and age and mental degradation not withstanding, I just could not get it right to reinstall.
I Contacted Indigo at the number provided and left a message for a Tech to contact me as soon as possible as my MS no longer worked. I was very pleased that a very nice Representative from Indigo by the Name of Julia contacted me the Next Day and after a very short conversation, she had all the info she needed and very Professionally helped me get with a Tech that Called back a few hours later.
The Callback Tech by the Name of Sean, was instrumental in guiding me through how to reinstall the software and within a very short time, I was up and running again. Working for the Government for over 50 years, I can tell you that INDIGO and their Callback Specialist Julia and The Technician, Sean, that worked with me, were one of the best in the business I Had the Pleasure to work with. Keep up the Great Work Indigo.

This is the best software company by far. I bought Office 2016 Microsoft and then bought another MacBook days later they not only gave me another download but I spoke with Julia and she was the best rep. ever. Talked me through it then sent it in an email. Then said if I ever had trouble to call her back. WOW WOW She is an asset to the Great Company. This was an A++++++++++ experience.

Ordered microsoft office 2019 from their website for a very good price. Had an installation issue, after calling and leaving a voicemail. To my surprise they called back the very same day! Very helpful staff walked me through the process which ended up being an issue with Microsoft and not indigo software. Will order again no doubt for any of my Microsoft software needs. A+ Highly recommended!

The only legit software company selling real windows software with superior customer service. The price of Windows 10 Professional @ $59.99 cannot be beaten (199.99 from Microsoft) AND they immediately respond to issues with installation (my issue, not theirs) in a courteous and almost immediate manner. I am not sure how they do it, but you can't find better Windows software with better service. It would have taken Microsoft a week to respond to my installation issue. They responded in 20 minutes on a Saturday night! Yes, I agree that I am pitiful - installing an operating system on a Saturday night but that is what COVID-19 has done to us! Thanks, Indigo!

Indigo software is a God send for someone like me who purchases tons of software for my business. Not only can you not beat the prices, the indigo team is there to help me solve issues when they pop up. Sean the owner is a veteran and a terrific all around human.

I bought Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2016 from this company. It is the cheapest price for the product I’ve seen anywhere. Within a few minutes, I received an email with the Product Activation Key. I logged into my Microsoft Account, entered the Activation Key when prompted, downloaded Office, and installed it onto my computer with no problems. I followed the instructions in the email and uninstalled the older version of Office on my computer first. The new version of Office accessed ALL of my old Office files and data. This is the most seamless installation of a new version of Microsoft Office I have ever done. Kudos to Indigo Software for selling a legitimate copy of Microsoft Office for such a reasonable price, and to Microsoft for finally getting it right installing a newer version of Office. I am completely satisfied with the experience.

Bought Microsoft office for MAC yesterday (2/6/20) It won't download. It was after five when I discovered the issue. In spite of advertising 24/7 support there is no way at all to contact them 24/7. I left a message with a number to call back today and said I would be available at 2;30 P.M. No one has called. I called and was forced to leave a VM. No response as yet. I am totally dead in the water business wise till this is settled. RESPONSE SUCKS!

Purchased Win 10 Pro. Was real skeptical due to the low price. Everthing worked after download and install! Will definitely buy from seller again!

On January 6 I purchased the Office Professional Plus 2019. When I received the email about my purchase and how to install the program onto my laptop I noticed the activation key was never given to me. So once I noticed this I sent an email to the company advising them of this. Since no response via email nor phone call was received, I had sent a note through the company’s website contact us area 3 days later. As of January 20 I still had not received any response from the company. I have tried calling during their working hours and it’s only a recording that states what we need to do in order to contact them. Which is by email or through their website by contacting them on there? So I then sent yet another email to them at that time and still to this date of now almost 3 weeks since my purchase I have not received any kind of a response.

Made a purchase for software, and paid using Amazon Pay. We received a receipt of the purchase, but never an activation code. We sent emails, and called their business number,which directs you to leave a voicemail (which we did), and never received a response!
We made the purchase on November 28th 2019. It's nearly 2 months later and haven't received an activation code. No responses from the company AT ALL!

I bought Windows 10 Professional Pro Full Retail Version (Not OEM) 32/64 bit Multilanguage back in July for one of my 3 computers. I had bought a Win 7 pro in the past for a friends computer I built, so I knew about their low prices. I had been told that there is no way they were legit but I kept telling people no they are 100% for real.

The instructions the provide are clear and easy to follow. Made a DVD for the first Win 10. Since Windows 7 is due to reach End Of Life (EOL) on 14 January 2020 I just got two more license so I will be set before EOL in January. Made a USB this time.

I was the person involved in the ordering and installation of two (2) independent purchases of your “FOR PC ONLY- Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016 (1 PC) Full Retail Version Download” software packages.
The first transaction was purchased and installed for my hobby train club called “Train Mountain Railroad” located in Chiloquin, OR. They are a non profit organization promoting the hobby of 7 1/2 inch railroading.
The second transaction was purchased and installed on my personal laptop here in Nampa, ID.
Your superior customer service along with the best price for the software suite resulted in delivery of the authorization key and instructions for installation within 5 minutes of the purchases. Using your instructions, the installations were flawless and completed in less than 30 minutes. The first purchase was installed on an Acer laptop running Windows 10 and the second purchase was installed on a Dell laptop running Windows 7. Both systems ran the new Office Pro Plus 2016 apps without any problems. All files previously created under Office 2003 were opened and executed without incident.
There were no difficulties or problems when each package was registered with Microsoft as fully legal and authentic software. The inclusion of a full set of Training Courses on the Office Suite apps (both audio/visual and printable reference manuals) was a pleasant addition and surprise that I did not expect.
Thank you Team Indigo for offering software at an extremely reasonable price and delivering the results painlessly and consistently to your customers.

Not only do I join the many people who commend indigo customer service with an A+ rating in general, but in particular I want to praise emphatically the voluntary effort of the rep I talked to. He helped me install the software I had ordered with helpful shortcuts that really saved me lots of time and maybe perplexity in the process as well. Bravo!

Excellent customer service! I was researching on purchasing Windows 10 Pro and noticed how inexpensive their retail license was. I called (real person-to-person phone support!) and confirmed this 60 dollar license, *** is selling, is identical to both the *** and *** retail licenses, which these two big companies are selling at more than twice the price! The employee at *** explained they buy discounted licenses in mass, from Microsoft, for schools and small business and are able pass on the same discount to consumers as well (like overstock).
It's a shame products could not have consistent pricing, like the "99 cents ***", but this company is doing a great job at keeping everyone else honest. Thanks!

Just purchased/downloaded Windows 10 and MAC Office. Excellent easy to use instructions in link for install. Called to verify info/assistance and customer service picked up immediately and helped with my install without rushing me off the phone. I will be using their Indigo Software products/service again. Fantastic friendly customer service and prices.

Well, that was easy. I bought a Win 10 Pro license (full retail) to upgrade the Win10 Home that came with my new laptop, and 20 minutes and a couple of automatic reboots later, it's all done! I didn't have to do anything except follow Indigo's instructions on how to put in the new license code and then click start.
And it was a great price as well.
