Indigo Springs does not maintain their property. The pools were dirty and disgusting all summer. The gym hasn't been operational in months. The women that work in the office are not helpful but are rude and confrontational. Work orders are not responded to in a timely manner. Even if you obey every rule according to your lease, they will find a reason to threaten you into paying for something else. I was told by Cassie in the office that she has my social security number and she can send me into collections at anytime she feels like it. Abusive and unlawful. Stay away from this place.

RUUUUN AWAY! Yes [redacted], everything you said is absolutely true. I am tired from talking, I am exhausted from living here, its not a livable situation. the management and the office with everyone who works there are abusing their rights putting us through unlivable situaiotns, they never told us either that the building is infested. it was going on for so long, I checked with the neighbors and they said its been for a while, and the same thing, when I told them about it the first time they were surprised that there are roaches, I can't believe the games they play. I just can't digest how could they be managing a property with all the things they do, there is a reason why they didnt seek Revdex.com accreditation. I have lots of photos and videos of he roaches, of the poor maintenance. if you live there, seek legal help. its free for arizona tenants www[redacted]. Take care of yourself, because they are not going to stop, and make sure you documents and have everything by writing, and join a tenants organization, because they will retaliate when they sense your dissatisfaction. I received a notice that my rent will be 2000$ if I go month to month!!!

Please find attached the renewal letter and the applicable pages to the Lease agreement pertaining to the complaint.  Indigo Springs apologizes for any confusion that the resident may have had regarding there renewal letter.  It does clearly...

state in the lease on page 2 that the resident is responsible for giving us a 60 day notice and they will go month to month after lease has expired.  The renewal letter was sent out on July 25th that states when the lease is up and that they are required to give a 60 day notice.   The renewal letter is stating that the new lease agreement needs to be signed by all lease holders prior to 8/15/14.  We did not receive the residents notice to vacate till the 15th of August so the 60 day notice is from that date.  Please understand the Month to Month rate is $2100 but due to the confusion we will adjust the rate to the market rent for the remaining 10 days since the concession does end on 10/5/14.  The prorate amount of rent will be based off the rate of $930 plus tax.

The resident can contact us and we can give them a total for the prorated amount of rent for Oct, but we will not have the amount for the water, sewer and trash until the end of September.

We thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Please feel free to contact us or have the resident contact us with any further questions.

Sincerely,

Nobody should be signed into a 12 month lease agreement not being notified of the bug factors. I now have found baby SCORPIONS and live fear my children will get bit by a scorpion, not to mention their fear of roaches. My 10 year old son he couldn't take it anymore and begged to move. After spraying, fogging, baiting and spraying again not to mention the 8 bottles of bug spray and roach bait I purchased myself costing 100.00 has not resolved the problem. Potential leasers should be aware of the living conditions you may face here and nobody should be forced to live this way. After one month I cannot sleep or enter a bathroom or kitchen without a broom and feeling like you may see the infestation anywhere.
