We received notice of the complaint filed by [redacted] , we did not receive a copy of the initial complaint and apologize for the delayMs [redacted] also filed a claim with the Consumer affairs and Licensing Office of Boston, we responded in kind to that claim as wellOn August 2015, [redacted] placed an order for two tubes of hair, a copy of that order is providedshe contacted the company on September to say the hair was shedding and tanglingWe sent her out a prepaid return label to send it back to us so that our Quality Assurance team could test the hairWhat we received back from her was under oz (which is the minimum we require to test, please see attached terms and conditions) and came in three clumps and appeared like it was hair removed from a brush and not our hairIt was a different color than the hair we sell which is in its natural state and comes in a We have provided a photo of what she sentThe hair was washed, air dried and tested for tangling and deemed to be defectiveWe informed the customer that it was not defective and we sent it back to herWhen We informed the client of this she informed us she would be contacting the attorney generalIndique followed our protocol exactly as it is documented in our terms and conditions which were provided to the clientAs the hair was not deemed to be defective, it was returned to the client and there is nothing further we can do at this time

On August 10 2015, [redacted] placed an order for two tubes of hair, a copy of that order is provided. she contacted the company on September 18 to say the hair was shedding and tangling. We sent her out a prepaid return label to send it back to us so that our Quality Assurance team could test the hair. What we received back from her was under 2 oz (which is the minimum we require to test, please see attached terms and conditions) and came in three clumps and appeared like it was hair removed from a brush and not our hair. It was a different color than the hair we sell which is in its natural state and comes in a 18. We have provided a photo of what she sent. The hair was washed, air dried and tested for tangling and deemed to be defective. We informed the customer that it was not defective and we sent it back to her. When We informed the client of this she informed us she would be contacting the attorney general. Indique followed our protocol exactly as it is documented in our terms and conditions which were provided to the client. As the hair was not deemed to be defective, it was returned to the client and there is nothing further we can do at this time
