We are the guardians of Marcus E. Johnson. He has a disability that requires that he have a motorized wheelchair. He is a regular day client at Easter Seals. His previous chair was serviced a number of time by your company. After 7 plus years he needed to get a new one. We contacted your company and explained his circumstances and your staff immediately received the information and made the necessary arrangements for him to get his approval and also Keri along with your staff took care of all the necessary steps needed to have him fitted and the chair purchased. Keri provided great assistance for us in getting the process/purchase fulfilled. Marcus received his chair with as much expediency as possible THANKS to the tremendous work of Keri & your company. After receiving the chair recently, Keri & Ken made the delivery and took as much time as was needed to show Marcus & us about how to operate it as well they made immediate adjustments as needed. They were very attentive to our questions and Marcus needs. They assured us that we could contact them/your company as needed going forward. We would like to thank NuMotion, especially Keri & Ken for the GREAT GREAT work/service they provided for our Nephew, Marcus and us.
