This company Individual Software does not take ovwership for any of the software I have been struggling to use Organizer Pro now for several years and only continue with it because I can not find anonther program that does these same functions
But you are on your own when it does not function as it should Individual software cares NOT if you have any problems and will be of no service to you with any problems I can not stress enough their total lack of concern with any problems you may have I THINK, do not know this, that they purchase application code from many sources and basicallly market it to the public They are supposed to support it, but don't really have the staff nor the desire to train any staff to do that I would look else where for applications if possible

I understand that trying to resolve this issue by simply offering a refund may be the only option Individual SoftwareHowever, I feel compelled to not accept their response due to the hours and hours of time I have spent struggling with software that never worked properly from day Not only that, my simple request of a phone call from Individual Software was ignored for monthsIt wasn't until I contacted Revdex.com, that Individual Software decided to phone meNow that they, not me, has decided that a refund is the only solution to this issue, I have removed the software from my computer and returned the product to them with a copy of my original receiptI will accept the refundIn addition, I have now spent several hours adding the or so appointments that I have on an annual basis to the new calendar that I replaced theirs withI feel that it is important for the general public to know that this software did not work for me and it may not work for them, and that they should not make the same mistake that I did
