Fraud! This institute seems to be money making with no ethics and morality. I have been calling them (more than 100 times) since last 6 months to get refund for my son who never was able to attend any class due to their fault of closing a location I signed for. They agreed to refund (@$450) but never did. Initially they used to pick the calls and advised every time its in billing department but after some time, they completely stopped even picking the phone. This is really frustrating.

I purchased tickets to the Wildfire event scheduled in Greenville SC which was subsequently cancelled. I waited until beyond the 180 day refund period and began calling every few months asking the status of my refund, the last call taking place two weeks ago. Each person I speak with kindly tells me that they are just before sending my money, however, it never happens. I've left messages and spoken with numerous individuals with zero satisfaction. This is a stain on the name with which this organization chose to identify.
