I started first with Danny's Carpet because he was the closest to my home. After getting estimates I went to all the brand name carpet company's in the Dayton area, and the price of the carpet plus the installment with pads all were about the same price.

So why did I select Danny's Carpet? Well he has no overhead, his installers did a clean job, were courteous, very experienced and did a fast clean job with no problems.

I would highly recommend Danny's Carpet. [redacted] is the owner/salesman of this business, he is very honest, up front with his prices and installment, and very trustworthy.

Review: I bought 4 new AC units from Indoor Comfort Experts for my 4plex in [redacted].

The roof did not leak before installation, now it does.

I had a roofer repair the leak and he told me the units are not sealed. This repair cost me $195.00.

It will cost me $375.00 to seal the other 3 units

Indoor Comfort is unwilling to address this issue.Desired Settlement: Indoor Comfort Experts needs to pay me $570.00 for roof repair.

We have a maintenance agreement but the requirements for getting this done yearly change from year to year. We are charged very high fees for any service needed. Warranties are not fully explained.

Called I.C.E on a Saturday night when nobody else was available. The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and honest about my problem. He got me up and running and back to cool comfort in no time! This is my new "Go to" for all my A/C needs! I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

We had this company replace our ac unit in San Tan Valley. We have had no problem with the unit. With our Mesa utility bill he has a coupon for doing a service call. Also if you go on their website it says they service San Tan Valley but when we tried to have them come out and do a service call he says they don't want to service that area any more. I told him it was his unit but he doesn't care he wouldn't honour his coupon. We are terrible upset about this and would not recommend this company to anyone.
