Terrible business. We paid this company to inspect our HVAC system prior to purchasing our home. They inspected it and said it was good, absolutely no problems. We bought the house. After moving in, we had major problems with the HVAC. We called another company to investigate and they told us the whole system was bad, had been sized wrong for our house, and needed go be replaced. We had several other companies come and look and they told us the same thing, it needs to be replaced. We had to pay a HUGE bill to have this all fixed. We called Indoor Comfort to complain, spoke to the owner of the company,, and he told us they have no record of ever inspecting our house!? But they did, we even met them for the inspection and we have the bill to prove it. Very dishonest company and obviously do not know what they are doing. Do NOT do business with them. Do NOT trust them. We got screwed by them, hopefully we can at least save someone else the hassle.
