No indication has been made by our company that we would not cover remediation necessary under the warranty provided, this inspection is necessary in order to find out the necessity of the work on-site as determined by our inspector.Multiple accounts for your email addresses, admitting fake names and accounts doing what they were doing which is slander and has been documentedNevertheless, the client has stopped all proceedings with regards to a warranty claim nowThe work was completed as specified in the contract and at the time of completion until now there was no issue indicating there was a problem with the work, no refund will be due

With regards to the complains mentioned prior: The client's realtor was the only person available on-site depicting where the inspection should take place The attached signed documentation shows a signature from such agent, declining additional samples in other areas There was no crawlspace inspection paid for nor was it requested at the time of the inspection request as there is additional charges for this, thus no inspection or testing of the crawlspace was due Our standard protocol is to look over each area of the house to determine where the samples should be taken however during the inspection, we were instructed to go to specific areas (the bathrooms) There was not surface samples taken as this customer incorrectly asserted, there was (one in each bathroom) along with air samples taken within those areas No other areas were relayed to us with regards to known issues or suspected issues other than the direction given on-site at the time of the inspection in order to focus on the bathrooms Typically this is done in a matter by a real estate agent in order to try to not find problems they know about in order to make the sale of the home go through easier. No refund due, all documents signed for and protocols followed accordingly The limited scope of the inspection refers to the sample limit of 5, which was used for the bathrooms as instructed, and declined for additional on-site as signed in the attached

I am rejecting this response because: 1) I hired this company to do a mold inspection on a property I am buying I was told that the price quoted included surface samples and air sample According to the response from the business, they did surface and air which equals samples; of which only was supposed to air and the other surface samples 2) I ASSUMED that the mold inspector would look for mold THROUGHOUT the house3) There was not supposed to be any person present during their inspection I gave them my realtor's name ONLY (as I stated) to use if the inspector could not get the lock box open - they never stated anyone needed to be there and to sign anything That was not part of the plan 4) I am the paying party If they had questions or needed further direction, they should have called me Again, my realtor was only there to let them in IF THEY COULD NOT LET THEMSELVES IN WITH THE LOCK BOX, I did not indicate that she was authorized (nor was I asked) to answer any questions They called her when they arrived on site to say they were there She had no knowledge that she was to go to an appt nor accompany them, she assumed that meant they couldnt get the lock box open so she went and opened the door 5) After speaking to her numerous times about this, she said the inspector asked her where to look and she said anywhere there would be water I would imagine She went on to say "I know there's a leak under the sink in the master bathroom" so that would be the obvious place to start She then stated she was leaving and that the inspector could call her cell phone, she is nearby - if he needed anything else He said "ok, I'll need you to sign the paper that states I was here to inspect the property" And she did THAT WAS IT With regards to the complains mentioned prior: The client's realtor was the only person available on-site depicting where the inspection should take place The attached signed documentation shows a signature from such agent, declining additional samples in other areas There was no crawlspace inspection paid for nor was it requested at the time of the inspection request as there is additional charges for this, thus no inspection or testing of the crawlspace was due Our standard protocol is to look over each area of the house to determine where the samples should be taken however during the inspection, we were instructed to go to specific areas (the bathrooms) There was not surface samples taken as this customer incorrectly asserted, there was (one in each bathroom) along with air samples taken within those areas No other areas were relayed to us with regards to known issues or suspected issues other than the direction given on-site at the time of the inspection in order to focus on the bathrooms Typically this is done in a matter by a real estate agent in order to try to not find problems they know about in order to make the sale of the home go through easier. No refund due, all documents signed for and protocols followed accordingly The limited scope of the inspection refers to the sample limit of 5, which was used for the bathrooms as instructed, and declined for additional on-site as signed in the attached

Hey all you consumers! You know those websites that you can pay $and make your dog a "service" dog without any classes or training? Well apparently Jack and the rest of these clowns at Indoor-Restore in Rancho Cordova, CA threw down some cash from the people they've been raping to get the word "Certified" in their title! "Certified Environmental Consultant" Certified for what? Advertising as a mold remediation service when your company has no intention of actually providing an end to end service? For sending a bt email that explains absolutely nothing in layman's terms so that a typical consumer could understand the purposely confusing lab results? How about your bt bait and switch process of the "pre-sampling" testing which is purposely done on the same day as remediation? How about your project plan to clean the contaminated rooms first, knowing the lab results wouldn't be returned for days...and when they were returned, now my whole house shows contamination? How about for not having ANY ETHICAL OR MORAL CONSCIENCE when you received a call the day after supposed remediation telling you the plastic wall that is supposed to be a protective barrier from your cleaning products had come down and I became ill from the smell, vomitting, with my tongue, lips and throat burning like pepper? During that call I explained the difficulty I had interpreting the last report and specifically requested you call to explain the latest air sampling results and what to do if the results were worseInstead, late Friday afternoon, you sent the following email....one sentence about the results then...OF COURSE ANOTHER QUOTE FOR ME TO BEND OVER AND WRITE A CHECK FOR $10,000?!?! No phone call to me, no one answered the business line when I called several times between - 5pm.....NOTHING....except this email below:

RIP OFF SCAM RUDE and BELIGERANT RESPONSE to COMPLAINT They "inspected" a home I am in escrow onThey claim my realtor who was there ONLY to let the tech in, not to accompany him for the "inspection" told them "to only check the bathrooms" Not true Yes, she signed the paper but did not "Decline further testing" Of the four surface samples they took, they did on each window would have been sufficient and then they should have kept looking for mold! Both my agent and myself told them there was water under the house and they were to check the crawl space for mold They told my agent that he didnj't need to check outside as if there was a problem there, you would simply pull out the sand or dirt that was infected and replace with new and that there are not any airborne spores to sample because its outside They sent me a bunch of pictures of the bathrooom windows, the fans in the ceiling, the ceiling joints for no reason - they didn't have any description of where t

We had these guys out to our house a few weeks ago and they were amazingWe had a roof leak that caused damage to our living room ceilingWe called and had inspector Joe at our house the next dayHe was very professional and a nice guyThe report was done in a couple of daysMold was found on our ceiling and some mold in the bathroom (separate issues)They were reasonable on the price to remove it and fastThey were great and if we ever have an issue again we will use them

I own a four unit apartment building in OaklandIn March of this year my tenant complained that she had mold in the kitchen cabinets and on the living room wallThinking it might be inside the wood and walls I wanted an expert mold inspector to come out and evaluateI looked online and found Indoor Restore Services and called their "800" phone not realizing they were operating out of FolsomThey indicated that they would come out and test for the degree of mold infestationThey quoted a cost for testing and evaluation of $A few days later the report came back and stated that "in order to remove the mold, remediation work had to be performed, at a cost of $2,747.30." The report called for the removal of approximately 80% of the kitchen cabinets including the counter tops, sink, sheetrock, and one side of the living room wall up to feetThe contract stated that once the work was completed and retested, I would be given a clearance of "no mold present" and a year warran

Indoor Restore was hired to remediate mold growing in my home, and within their contract and also in their completion of services documentation, they guarantee that for years mold regrowth will not occur in the work area: "All remediation work receives a year warranty from reoccurring mold growthAny future mold growth reoccurring in the work areas as described in the contract will have remediation completed at no charge to the clientAll time, materials, equipment, labor, and clearance testing will be the responsibility of Indoor-Restore." One month later, mold regrowth occurred in the same work area and when I contacted them to come out and fix their work at no charge as stated in their contracts, they asked for a $feeI quoted the above from their contract, as well as quoting their own description of the work area and provided pictures, and was told that we needed to pay the fee to come see the regrowthGiven that this company is not holding up their own contract, and

Indoor restore started mold remediation at my home and everything went ary since the beginningTheir one member crew showed up the first day hours late, with no tools, no truck, and no desire to workWe had a huge red flag go off immediately but gave them the benefit of the doubtFor the first couple of days we put up with the lack of experience, negative comments, poor job quality and lack of health safety (which is horrible because we are dealing with a substance that is hazardous to your health) but on the third day when no one showed up, I called another company to start asking questions, and quickly learned that their lack of punctuality was the least of my concernsFinally ont he fourth day I emailed the manager (after speaking to him several times about my concerns) and told him to cancel the job, after his crew left all the moldy debri hidden in my closetThe manager then responded with...all the work has been completed and you cant cancel because we are done, and procee

I contacted Indoor Restore on August about potential mold at a rental property of mineThey offered to do an inspection for $and if I used their services the inspection would be free
I got the report back on August 9th with the estimate to repair of $1,I agreed and sent in the paymentI paid 50% up front to start the project with 50% after completion
On August 19th I received an invoice for the 2nd half of the payment because work was completedI paid the bill on August
On August 26th, my tenant contacts me because the dry wall is still missing and there is plastic hanging in the room where the work was doneI contacted Indoor Restore and they are now telling me they did more 'inspecting' and there is an additional $worth of work to do and they won't fix what they started unless I agree to do the rest of the workThey claimed they emailed me but they had the wrong email address and no one bothered to call me or my tenant to explain why no wo

I am rejecting this response because: Your company is an absolute scam and you are all crooksI was not even present during the initial inspection so I never indicated one way or the other how much I wanted to include or limit in the testingYour poorly trained sales reps never explained or offered an option to include a broader area, I don't care what *** *** thinks he said, he flat out never offered it to meYour quote came over as $via Thumbtack.com and no other option was presented when I spoke to *** on the phone. Furthermore, your worthless company didn't even fix the problem! I went out to get a 2nd opinion two days ago, and the wall and wood are all still wet! Did you expect me to replace the drywall and the carpet with the problem still persisting!? Your company did nothing and fixed nothing! You removed some drywall and carpet and then put some paint on the woodYour work accomplished nothing, and now I have to hire competent professionals to actually fix the problemYou essentially stole $from meJudging by the reviews on Yelp, I am not the first customer you did this too. If Revdex.com wants to maintain any credibility, they will take action against Indoor RestoreYelp and Thumbtack are looking into this as well. Instead of attacking the customer and suggesting that the customer did not read the contract well enough, you should be looking at how well trained your staff is and if they understand what they are really 'selling.' I run a company as well, and when my customers are not happy, I do everything in my power to make things rightI'm constantly reviewing our sales techniques and making sure everyone understands the productThe major difference is that I'm not trying to rob people, so I guess things like process, review, monitoring, etc are not things you're concerned withYour business practices will catch up to you

In response to this client's concerns: The original inspection that took place at the property did not include the other areas of the home because they chose to only perform an initial testing and inspection that covered just a few areas of the home, not the entire home Attached you
will find the signed invoices that show the client has declined the option to do additional samples in other areas of the home during the initial inspection If we did not test the area, there is no way for us to know if there was contamination in those areas during the original inspection. When the work was contracted to be done, the client signed documentation that also included details that all other areas of the home would be tested in order to clear the entire home, and if additional contamination was found there would be another estimate provided Additionally, after this work was completed, the client signed off on paperwork stating they were happy with the work Both of these documents are attached. We are not responsible for any damages or restoration work that is necessary following the remediation protocols, which is stated in the contract the customer signed along with no mention of any restoration work included

I am rejecting this response because: The contract does state that any future mold growth would be handled "at the expense of the company." See correct attachments here, the attached that the business provided is not even my house or in my name. I'm glad the company finally reached out to me Posting on social media was the only way that I found worked to even get a response, since our telephone number was blocked from themI honestly reviewed their work which I was dissatisfied with I have posted using my legitimate accounts which can be confirmed by my email address which is tied to each account

The contract that was set forth with the customer, signed, dated, details out all of the work to be performed at their homeDuring the initial inspection phase, there was an inspection performed in only of the rooms of the home, to every customer we detail out what this will entail and what it
will notWe always recommend an entire home be inspected to make sure that all problems are found initiallyThis customer did not move forward with this, thus we were only able to test and inspect areas of the home, rather than the entire homeDue to the limited scope inspection, a bid was put together for remediation of the problem for those areas only, as clearly outlined in the contractAlso, the contract clearly states as shown below, that additional testing will be done in the non-work areas in order to clear the entire homeIf more contamination is found in those areas, then that would require an additional estimate, which was provided, all of which is detailed in the contract that was signed by the clientNowhere on the contract does it state that we will be doing restoration of drywallWe are sorry that there was a mwith the email address in regards to the final report, it is an unfortunate circumstanceAll of the work that was detailed out in the contract has been completed in full as described, just because there was additional contamination found on the property does not obligate us to do the work free of charge as the customer is requesting

I am rejecting this response because: 1)  I hired this company to do a mold inspection on a property I am buying.  I was told that the price quoted included 4 surface samples and 1 air sample.  According to the response from the business, they did 2 surface and 2 air which equals 4 samples; of which only 1 was supposed to air and the other 4 surface samples.  2)  I ASSUMED that the mold inspector would look for mold THROUGHOUT the house3)  There was not supposed to be any person present during their inspection.  I gave them my realtor's name ONLY (as I stated) to use if the inspector could not get the lock box open - they never stated anyone needed to be there and to sign anything.  That was not part of the plan.  4)  I am the paying party.  If they had questions or needed further direction, they should have called me.  Again, my realtor was only there to let them in IF THEY COULD NOT LET THEMSELVES IN WITH THE LOCK BOX, I did not indicate that she was authorized (nor was I asked) to answer any questions.  They called her when they arrived on site to say they were there.  She had no knowledge that she was to go to an appt nor accompany them, she assumed that meant they couldnt get the lock box open so she went and opened the door.  5)  After speaking to her numerous times about this, she said the inspector asked her where to look and she said anywhere there would be water I would imagine.  She went on to say "I know there's a leak under the sink in the master bathroom" so that would be the obvious place to start.   She then stated she was leaving and that the inspector  could call her cell phone, she is nearby - if he needed anything else.  He said "ok, I'll need you to sign the paper that states I was here to inspect the property".  And she did.  THAT WAS IT.            With regards to the complains mentioned prior: The client's realtor was the only person available on-site depicting where the inspection should take place.  The attached signed documentation shows a signature from such agent, declining additional samples in other areas.  There was no crawlspace inspection paid for nor was it requested at the time of the inspection request as there is additional charges for this, thus no inspection or testing of the crawlspace was due.   Our standard protocol is to look over each area of the house to determine where the samples should be taken however during the inspection, we were instructed to go to specific areas (the bathrooms).  There was not 4 surface samples taken as this customer incorrectly asserted, there was 2 (one in each bathroom) along with air samples taken within those areas.  No other areas were relayed to us with regards to known issues or suspected issues other than the direction given on-site at the time of the inspection in order to focus on the bathrooms.  Typically this is done in a matter by a real estate agent in order to try to not find problems they know about in order to make the sale of the home go through easier. No refund due, all documents signed for and protocols followed accordingly.  The limited scope of the inspection refers to the sample limit of 5, which was used for the bathrooms as instructed, and declined for additional on-site as signed in the attached.

No place within the contract does it state that a follow-up inspection regarding any future mold growth would be free of charge to the customer.  We did however tell them that if it does end up being under warranty that amount would be under warranty. This person even though now giving them...

what they are asking for which is not due, is now slandering our company using fake accounts and her blackhat social media tactics to harm our company which we will be pursuing legally.  We have not confirmed nor denied that their concern is a mold growth or covered under warranty, we must perform this inspection to determine this.We are taking the steps to resolve this, however no refund is due as the work performed still stands true and we are trying to make it right and stay within our policies, however there has not been anything other than an attack from the client side.

With regards to the complains mentioned prior: The client's realtor was the only person available on-site depicting where the inspection should take place.  The attached signed documentation shows a signature from such agent, declining additional samples in other areas.  There was no...

Attached you will find the estimate showing all of the removal that was recommended, paid for, and signed for by the client.  As you will see, there is nothing in here that states any of the removed materials will be put back. There are discovery conditions in this industry which are expressly verbalized to all customers, including the need for testing an entire home to get the most accurate assessment of the problem, which is verbalized to every single client.  The client on-site also indicated exactly where he wanted the testing done on-site the day of the inspection, limiting the inspection to the hallway and one bedroom. The client clearly did not fully read the contract and did not ask questions about it enough before signing it and moving forward with work. If there is somewhere else I need to send this in order to formerly reply, please let me know. Thank you,[redacted]Indoor-Restore
