I understand what Dr. D[redacted] is saying.  My point, is that he should never accept anyone's request to fix a fan whether it is a warranty company or a customer.  He said to me that he does not know anything about fixing fans other than installing them and uninstalling fans.  I do not call that FAN REPAIR!  I would just suggest that when someone asks for a fan repair, he is honest and tells them he is not qualified to "FIX" fans.

We go out on fan calls all the time for the home warranty company, but firsttime I ran accross a $600 dollar fans with a striped screws, and go through another electricall contractor to get the part, don't under stand why all the problems, when your husband as you said got up there and took everything down the part was 3 screws, and now your ruining my company reputation leaving 1 star reviews around the Internet, we are a small family company with 2 girls to raise that's barely getting by,, without someone trying to bring us down cause it didn't go your way..

This lady that we never met, did not hire us, we was sent out from the warranty company, to diagnose a ceiling fan problem, proceeded to take fan down found stripped screw, so we stopped so we did not damage fan. told husband warranty company will contacted them, about there options, we do collected...

a 65.00 dollar trade call fee for showing up, per the warranty company, we called the warrant company to explain the problem, and they said they would transfer the /wo to another company and call the plan holder,  $65.00 is a 1 time fee. I don't know what happen after that, accept now I'm getting bad reviews, on [redacted] and [redacted], for what? any problem that they have should be taken up with the warranty company not US, we been out of it since we closed out the work order, with the warranty company, don't  know what happen after that, so leave us alone..

To Whom it May Concern,It seems that we each have our own versions of the events that took place that day and following. I would like to reaffirm that I called 24 HR Valleywide Electric and requested TWO services: to install the power for the ceiling fan AND to diagnose/fix the outlets that stopped working. Mr. D[redacted] came out and started with the ceiling fan (I did not push him to do one job first over the other). He did a fine job with that and then began work on diagnosing the outlets. I was trying to be helpful and tested other outlets in the area. When he got to the outlet behind the TV, I did offer to help take the TV off the wall. I was the only other person in the house and I knew he would not be able to do it on his own. I feel that this is a normal response, pregnant or not. I did not have any medical conditions preventing me from lifting 50lbs, as I had been continually working out throughout my pregnancy and knew I was more than capable of lifting the TV. The TV should have been moved and set down on a soft surface (such as the couch), but neither of us thought of it at the moment. I had been working on my laptop while Mr. D[redacted] was working, so I was not watching the TV and it was powered off. When we put it back on the wall, I turned it on, which I feel is a normal sanity check, and it had a large crack beneath the screen. It was no longer displaying any picture. At this point, I feel, that anyone's normal reaction would be shock and a bit of panic. I started to cry, which I tried to stop and remain calm....but I was panicing a bit. It was not a cheap TV and was just over a year old. Mr. [redacted] first response was "I'm not paying for that". I was trying not to get upset (and I NEVER raised my voice) and keep myself in check. I just kept asking him what I could do. I tried at this point to get in touch with my husband because I was having a bit of a panic attack. Mr. D[redacted] at this point said that I was too upset and he was just going to go. He mentioned something about filing a claim with his insurance, but honestly I was so out of sorts that the whole thing was a bit of a blur. I offered to pay him for the ceiling fan work and try to discuss what my options for reimbursement on the TV were and he said that the fan was on him and rushed out the door pretty quickly. He left without issuing me a bill or anyway to file a claim with his insurance. My husband called him 2 days later to discuss our options with him and he was outright rude to my husband. I have a recording of this conversation for verification. He said that he would call his insurance company and file a claim on our behalf. We were never contacted by him or the insurance company again. As far as the ceiling fan payment, I am still more than willing to pay for that service. I will NOT pay interest because he on multiple occasions said that it was 'on the house'. If he wants payment, he has to send me a bill for his services. I would also like him to send me his insurance companies information so that I can personally contact them about a claim.
