We received your client's resume from a paid job-board where he voluntarily submitted his resume for consideration by recruitersHe appears to have posted his resume on 10/14/We sent him emails - for potential job openings on the following dates: 2/1/17, 2/2/17, 2/24/17, and 3/1/Each of the above emails has an "unsubscribe" option that reads as follows:"If you would like to unsubscribe fro Indotronix International Corporation, please click here" [redacted] chose not to opt out on any of the instancesIf he had done so, then our system would have automatically removed him from any other considerationFor one of the positions that he was sent for consideration, he replied " I'd like to know more"This was on 3/2/at 8:pm and was directly addressed to our recruiter for a job opening that was sent to him on 2/27/The first time we heard of his objection to our contacting him was on 3/1/17, and on the same day, we tagged him as a not-to-be-contacted candidateBut as mentioned above, he wrote to our recruiter on 3/2/asking for more details on the position that was sent to him on 2/27/Our software system matches resumes to job positions based on several parameters including : Technical skills, location preferences, salary choices, education requirements etcYour client's objection to our emails to him appear to be due to a mismatch of location choicesHe was contacted for positions that were not located in his state of residenceHowever, he had not limited his location choices when he uploaded his resumeWe cannot automatically assume that he would be interested only locations close to where he livesIn general, all emails that we send to potential candidates have the following details:Name and contact # of the recruiters, a short note abpout our company, the name of the supervisor of the recruiter who can be reached via phone/email, the email address of our HR department.We try and make it very simple for potential candidates to reach senior managers/HR in our company to register any feedbackYour client did not chose to do so.We endeavor to provide the best possible jobs to candidates and have been doing so for 30+ yearsWe are a reputable NY based firm serving some of the largest Corporations in the USOur clients trust us with their business and over candidates who found jobs through our services do the same.Sincerely,Courtney [redacted] HR ManagerIndotronix International Corporation

This company has been calling and emailing me incessantly for over a week now I have told them to stop trying to contact me via email, and on the phone multiple times and they continue to call They continue to call 4+ times a day and send multiple emails about the exact same position thru out the day This company harasses people for no apparent reason and doesn't care if you are not interested
