Respected Sir/ Madam,I am writing this email in response to the complain made by a customer in regard to the merchandise sold by our company. 27th july. The customer came back into the store and expressed her dissatisfacion. And she was offered a chance to exchange the ring. But the customer refused exchange and demanded a refund. Our business has a non-refunding policies where all our sales are final. The store has an "all sales final" tag on display and our receipt has "all sales final" marked into it as well. So once our sale is done we can only offer exchanges but no refunds in accordance to our policy. The ring that was sold to the customer was a silver ring with gold finish on it. And as logic would stand a plating of one metal on top of another metal is a coat maning it is not polished through and through. The gold coating on silver has a good life but it is still a coating of gold done on silver. It last a good time but with constant wear and reasons of sweating the coating can come off. The customer when buying the product is paying for the value of the silver and has not made the payment for the gold in it. She purchased a ring worth 50$ and that would be the price you would pay for silver, And also would like to specify that the ring was silver and was sold as one so there is no cliam of lying from our side. Had she paid for gold and had we sold her a silver ring that would be a bad representaion of our company. But as the customer was paying for silver and not for gold her claim to being sold fake stuff is not valid. So in all would like to conclude by saying that we do not do refunds but only allow exchanges to happen if that is what the customer is wanting.Thank you Indus Gold Inc.
