Indus put three custom windows into our house when it was built. One window was not properly made. When Indus wouldn't replace it, we allowed them to switch that window with one of the others that was less prominently located. The window had to be reset three times because it was not level. This process took three years. Within two years following, the window started to fog. Indus would not replace it. Now, thirteen years after building our house, we have an oval, beveled glass window at the top of our stairs, in the front center of our house that is an eyesore instead of a centerpiece. Thanks Indus!
