I am following up back with you regarding this complaint made by [redacted] on 06/29/She called in our office and asked for quoteI gave her quote and she liked it and agreed to start policyShe gave me credit card information and authorize to make paymentBecause no company can start policy without making first paymentSo I made first payment and then send her documents and proof of insuranceThen she called next day and said that put first payment back to her cardI told her that we cannot reverse money back to cardOnly way if she cancel policy then she can get refund check back from companyThen next day I called her but she never answered callAnd I tried to check her policy but she has already transferred her policy to some other agentNow I do not have any access to her policyBecause it has been transferred to some other agent.Thank You [redacted]
