I am writing this review to retract the review I wrote when I first bought my car about months agoWhile you are a "customer" they are nice and make all sorts of promises but once you buy your car you might as well forget itI agreed to take my car without the keyless remote entry because the ones they has did not workI offered to buy my own and was told that the service department would take care of it, I called and emailed and everyone including the sales person Ismael that sold me the car would not even respondI could have ordered one from the dealer on my own but did not because I was told not toNot good guys...don't you know how important repeat business and word of mouth really are? I guess not! They are fine until you buy the car and then you don't really matter anymore

[redacted] assisted me yrsago when I purchased my Ford Explorer & again this year; 7/15/when I purchased my JeepAfter visiting several other dealerships and not one person coming outside to assistist me, I decided to go back to Cactus Auto [redacted] was there to help me again being highly efficient, very helpful, knowledgeable & he worked a good ($) deal w/financing, interest rate & warranty! He and the entire staff were very friendly and made the car shopping experience, (which I had been dreading), a very enjoyable experienceI will recommend and I WILL shop there again! Thank you [redacted] & Cactus Auto!

I looked for a specific shockwave toy hauler for many months through a dozen dealershipsThe first time I contacted cactus auto RV and spoke with *** I was sure this was the place to buyThe professional, transparent sales process was very refreshingI was so impressed that I drove all they way from San Diego to buy from themThe trailer was prepped and ready to go when I got thereThe buying process was seem less and we were on our way

We bought a 2002 Ford F-150 in 2009 with 75K miles on it. That truck has 180k miles on it today. In fact, this weekend, we're going to Tucson to buy another truck from them. It's a 7 hour drive for us, and they are worth the drive!

I bought a Toy Hauler from Cactus Auto RV a year ago.Before buying the Toy Hauler I asked the salesman on 3 different occasions; are you sure my truck will pull this Toy Hauler no problem? He's answer was always the same, yes! this is 1/2 ton towable your truck will pull it no problem!
Well, I have repaired/replaced the transmission on my truck twice in one year! The mechanic told me... if you keep pulling that trailer the transmission will keep breaking, you need a 3/4 ton truck for that Toy Hauler!
I know the salesman told me that yes my truck will pull the Toy Hauler no problem because they want to sell, they want your money!! Shame on them for lying to the customers! I trusted them and I have being paying a high price for that! I hope that what is happening to me doesn't happen to other people. Thanks.

I offered to buy my own and was told that the service department would take care of it, I called and emailed and everyone including the sales person Ismael that sold me the car would not even respond. I bought a 2004 Dodge Stratus R/T in October 2015. I went back because the brakes were not in good shape. I told the mechanic that there was an issue with the suspension as well because there's a creaking sound when I accelerate and brake. The front end of the vehicle nose dives when braking. The mechanic said he fix the rear brakes because of normal wear and tear and that the suspension was just fine. I drove the car and same issue with my suspension. Then a couple weeks later my battery was going out. They said the battery was too small. I told them my suspension was still the same and I never had a car make these sounds while braking and accelerating. They looked into it. Same answer. Nothing's wrong. Three weeks later in December my battery was doing the same exact thing. All my electrical components were going out while driving. I took it back. They replaced my battery and the bracket that holds it. I told them my suspension is still doing the exact same thing like I complained about in November. Now the mechanic comes back saying my warranty expired but now my suspension control arms are shot. They said they changed my battery connectors for free and replaced the battery again. Now here in April 2016 my starter was shot and the mechanic didn't realize there was a plastic bag wrapped around my starter. A second look at the starter using a 3rd party mechanic was when the plastic bag was found. He told me that the bag wrapped around the starter and overheated my starter and that's how it was damaged. The mechanic or mechanics that work at Cactus Auto doesn't look for anything wrong but just says oh yeah it doesn't work. The mechanic or mechanics do not look for a root cause but try to charge you for an issue you came in multiple times before your warranty expires. Now my warranty expired and now I have to be charged for new connections, a battery, and control arms when I brought them in before my warranty expired. They can't find an issue that causes electrical components to go out while driving. These are the worst mechanics inside a car dealership.

My name is [redacted] , I went looking for a toy hauler RV and stopped into Catus RV . I went inside and was met by a man named [redacted] he shook my hand and said how may I help you , I told him what I was looking and he said I have just what you need , we spent the next 3 hrs walking through different toy haulers until we found exactly what I was looking for , [redacted] went above and beyond in helping me get financing and got me approved within a two days , two days after that I was pulling out with a brand new toy hauler . I highly recommend [redacted] as a salesman from Cactus RV if you are looking for any kind of RV .

I have bought a total of three vehicles from Cactus Auto and so far have been pleased with them. I have also referred family members to purchase from Cactus and they have been pleased with the overall purchase. I have had to fix various items on my vehicles, but hey, they're used cars. Cactus has helped with those repairs by getting me the parts and labor at a reasonable rate. I more than likely will purchase more vehicles from Cactus in the future.

This place is the best used car dealership in Tucson!! Gary at Cactus Auto was AMAZING. He helped me get into a new car so fast I barely had time to get the paperwork together. My credit is awful and I had nothing to put down but needed a vehicle and he was able to help me out very quickly. They took my old vehicle as trade in so I didn't have to worry about money out of pocket. Gary was so nice, very knowledgeable, and efficient! Thank you for being amazing!!
