Hi, in the past I have worked for companies that were insured by *** and ***Sadly, now I work for another company that uses Industrial AllianceThis company instead of helping and supporting clients try to save pennies in any way possibleMaybe I have been spoiled with the two previous insurance companies, but Industrial Alliance has a terrible customer service (e.gMy son got sick in the US, we had to take him to the hospital I called them to ask questions and they told me that a supervisor was going to call me in hours, nice help my kid was receiving emergency care)Minor stuff as eye exams, chiropractic treatment, etcIndustrial Alliance rates for each service are the lowest so you always loose moneyStay away from this company, do you remember when they told you be afraid of insurance companieswell this company might be the cause for that

I have had homeowners insurance from this company for several years and fortunately I have never had to use it. However I have had piece of mind. Recently I cancelled the interior plumbing protection plan and the process took about 2 minutes and was handled politely and professionally by a service rep named John. No upselling, no pressure to stay, he just let me know that if I needed more protection in the future to get in contact with them.. Have no qualms about dealing with this company.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Paid of debt early with 8 months left on insurance that would not be needed, expecting a refund for the 8 months as it was part of the monthly payment to the tune of about $150 per month and it had been fully paid. Was told that I would only get a refund of $6 some cents. [redacted] Be warned!
