Industrial Bank

Review: The Industrial bank has been charging me service charges for my checking account for years when they should not have been. When I try to get all my money back they give me ninety-six dollars. Then I ask for a copy of statements they will not give it to me. When I talk with [redacted]. one of the bank managers on the phone and in person that I need a lawyer because I not paying seven- hundred- dollars for bank statements that she said was to charge me. Then I get call later that from [redacted]. telling that they will give additional one-hundred -and-50-dollars. I have not been receiving bank statements at all because I been away.
