conduct an internal investigation in to this matter, and can share below the results of said investigation: Chase Receivables does not have an account in our system in the name of "*** ***," nor "*** ***, " nor do we have any active account with a person of the last name "***." Further, as our telephony system is 100% monitored and recorded, we can assert that no telephone calls have been made to the phone number that *** *** allges: ###-###-####No Calls on January ***, 2017, and no calls from January **, to presentThe records of this system are immediately available up to one year (give or take) without having to go to the vendor to search archived recordsThe phone number was dialed not on the dates/times in questionWe've searched the full address provided by *** *** with no record of any accountBased on our investigation at this time, we cannot substantiate the claims made by *** ***By way of background information, Chase Receivables has strict policy and procedure related to dialing practiceOur telephony system would prevent repetitive back-to-back dialing, such as what *** *** alleges.At this time, Chase Receivables refutes the allegations made by *** ***, and absent any additional information, will be closing our file related to this investigation

 I have not received any correspondence from Chase regarding my complaint. The only  business that I have heard from is the Revdex.com. I also called my medical plan, Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield and they have not yet sent me the paperwork. I was assured that I will be at this time receiving it within 7 to 10 days. I again tried to reach this company by phone, however the number does not work. After thinking this matter over I believe that this a scam perpetrated against the elderly.
