Industrial Body Works

I was charged for 2 membership for the last 6 months. I went in to the gym today and asked for a refund and was told no. At the end of February 2015 I went to Industrial Body Works and canceled his account with them. The monthly cost of their membership is 22.50. So they were debiting $45.00 out of my account each month. Once my son membership was canceled they should only taken $22.50 a month. When I talked to the owner today she stated that she was not going to refund me my money even though she knows that there is only one membership for my account. As of this day August 31,2015 I feel that I have been over charged $135.00. ///// Desired SettlementI am seeking to be refunded $135.00 for the membership that was canceled. /////
